Whether your blades are basic paring knives, Henckels, or a Shiro Kamo piece, keeping them sharp is essential for a job well done.

I use an angle-controlled whetstone system and give each knife personalized attention instead of running blades through a commercial rotating disc machine. I will remove nicks, re-bevel, re-shape bolsters, and do blade thinning as needed to keep your knife in top shape.

Each garden tool will be dismantled, cleaned, sharpened, and lubricated.

I reuse paper and cartons to protect sharpened blades when returning to clients.
